Room very clean, beds comfortable ,good refrigerator. Hot water for coffee etc was in a urn down corridor but was pnly luke warm. Lucky i had a heating coil to make milk for 3 year old. We stayed again on night of 18/9/23 , different room but same quality. My family and i have stayed there previous years and if anything, the standard has improved. Hope to return 9/24 for visit, if so, will stay again. VERY SATISFIED!!!!!!

Very nice hotel in Dumaguette, central location near boulevard and main sights. Spacious quiet room that was very clean, good TV, Wi-Fi, Free water, 24 hr security.

Location amazing. Centrally located easy to walk around the main downtown of the city. So many food choices as well around the area. LP mall is a step stone away.

The location is great as it near Sans Rival, Silliman, Boulevard or Baywalk. Almost everything is walking distance from the hotel.

Value for money & great location! There's a water dispenser on our floor so that's great too. 👍🏻

The location was bang in the centre of the city! The hotel is simple yet clean and tidy. The interior is a bit out dated and need a bit of updating. I love how they have toothbrushes, soaps, shampoos and coffees in the room but no water though.

The staff and location of the Nicanor are hard to beat for the price. I really love this hotel and have stayed here many times now.

Is really nice hotel and clean the stuff very friendly near from the Bolivard and near from the shops and Markets and near from WU for cash transactions and banks to withdraw.
